How are Happy Pet products better for my dog compared to other products on the market?
Happy Pet products have been formulated and created by Dr. Evan Antin. We know our products work because it’s the same products that Dr. Evan uses for his personal pets and pet patients. We want your pets to be happy and healthy, and so we designed our products to help them be just that!

Is Happy Pet available in other countries?
Currently we are only available in the United States.

Where are Happy Pet products manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in the United States; in fact, most are manufactured in solar powered facilities.

Can I only buy the products at HappyPetBrand.com?

At the moment you can only buy our individual products on our website. 

Are Happy Pet products tested on animals?

Happy Pet is an advocate for cruelty-free products. We make sure that none of the products are tested on animals.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Each product has a different shelf life, please refer to the date printed on each package.

What should I do if my dog has an allergic or negative reaction to Happy Pet products?

Our products are made in FDA approved facilities. Please read the ingredients listed on the back of our containers to make sure your dog is not allergic to any ingredients in our products before use. Always consult a veterinarian before using a new product, or if your dog has an allergic reaction.

How do I know which Happy Pet products are better for my pet?

No need to decide which of the products to use. All of our products work in harmony with each other when combined!

How do I know which shampoo is better for my dog?

Each of our products are carefully formulated to be gentle on all skin types; however, the Extra Sensitive Shampaw™ is uniquely formulated for our more sensitive furry friends that have dry skin. Our Dry Shampaw™ is great for travel use and on-the-go freshening.

Is the dry shampoo spray going to scare my dog?

We get it! Sprays can be both scary and harmful, which is why we created the first-ever pet-friendly dry shampoo with a silent sprayer.

What’s the difference between Furwell Odor!™ deodorizing wipes and spray?

Both products have the same ingredients. Take the wipes to the park for a quick on-the-go refresher and keep the spray at home for a quicker and easier application.

Can I use the Hits the (Hot) Spot™ pet relief wipes for topical flea and tick treatment?

These wipes are not topical flea and tick treatments. Our wipes’ are simply a fast-acting relief that help to resolve mild hot spots that are often related to itching & scratching.


Returns & Promos

What is your return policy?

We're confident that our products will leave your pup feeling squeaky clean and smelling fresh like a daisy. We want you to be absolutely in love with every Happy Pet purchase, so if for any reason you only like it simply ship the products back to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, even if the bottles are empty (less shipping and handling).

How can I return my purchase?
To return a product, send an email to info@happypetbrand.com and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Our warehouse does not accept returns. We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address. We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

If you are shipping a package over $75, we recommend that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking, or that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please Note: only items purchased on www.happypetbrand.com may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Happy Pet product at one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.

Please allow 14 business days for Happy Pet to receive and process your return. We will refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. In the event that you return part of a kit, we will credit or refund the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.

What's your exchange policy?
Although we are not able to process exchanges, we will gladly accept your returned purchase and process a refund provided it is returned within 30 days of receipt. Please follow the return instructions, and if you have any questions please contact the Customer Care Team at info@happypetbrand.com.

Do you offer samples?

At this time we do not offer samples of our products. If you would like to collaborate with Happy Pet please email us at pr@happypetbrand.com.

How can I request a donation to my charitable cause or event?

To request a donation, please send an email to pr@happypetbrand.com with details about your cause or event and how to contact you. We will try our best to respond within a few days!

Do you have coupons available for your products?

We do not have coupons available at the moment. Keep an eye out for them in the future!


Subscription

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is free across the United States on orders above $30. On all other orders we offer flat rate shipping for $5.

Will I get the lowest available price as a subscribing member?

Yes! As a subscriber, you'll always get the lowest price available from HappyPetBrand.com for subscribing orders.

How does the subscription work?

As a subscriber, you’ll receive the products of your choice, delivered at the frequency you choose to match your pup’s needs.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Just make sure you do so 1 week prior to your next bill date, otherwise your changes will go into effect for the following billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees. To cancel, log on to your account and visit ‘Manage My Subscription’.

Can I change how often I get my Repeat Delivery?

You sure can! Log on to your account to make changes. You can pause, cancel or change the date of your subscription at any time.

Can I change the items in my Repeat Delivery subscription?

Yes! Log on to your account and create a subscription. To receive all subscriptions at the same time, go to Manage your Subscription and select the same delivery dates.

I've moved. How do I update my Repeat Delivery subscription?

To update your shipping address please visit the ‘Manage My Subscription’ page.

What does it mean if my subscription is inactive?

We might temporarily put your subscription on hold if we encounter a problem fulfilling your order. Log on to your account to make sure your payment and shipping information is correct.

What happens if the item I've scheduled for delivery is out of stock?
